Event Packages Include

Historic Rosedale’s gardens, grounds, Rosedale Pavilion, and English basement provide the perfect location for your event of 25 to 150 guests. Our staff can work with you to choose which package best meets your  needs. Our packages are based on the number of guests expected and include the following:

Covered receptions and parties accommodated in the new Rosedale Pavilion

On Site Rosedale staff member to assist with site specific needs and concerns

Tables & Chairs with Linens for ceremonies, receptions, and parties

Cafe lighting in the Rosedale Pavilion

Lantern LED Candle Light in the English Basement

The Weisman Welcome Center  Restrooms and Conference Room

Additional Restroom facilities (for events with over 100 persons)

Wedding Ceremony Only:

Corporate Events/English Basement Rates

Corporate Events & Picnics: 50 Guests : $1,700.00

Corporate Events & Picnics: 100 Guests : $4,100.00

Corproate Events & Picnics: 150 Guests : $5,000.00

English Basement; Cocktail Reception : 50 Guests Maximum: $1,600.00

English Basemen;t Seated Meal 30 Guest Maximum : $1,400.00

Our staff will work with you to customize a package for other corporate or business events.

The Fine Print

Please be Advised:

Packages include applicable 7.25% North Carolina sales tax rate.

Wedding rentals include a rehearsal on the day before the scheduled event to be coordinated with the Rosedale staff.

All events may begin no earlier than 10 am and must conclude not later than 10 pm. Events are encouraged to fall within a 4 or 6 hour time frame.

All food and beverage must be served by a licensed caterer and approved by the Rosedale staff. A list of preferred vendors will be made available.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the space, which is due a minimum 60 days prior to your event. Full paymnet is due 30 days prior to event.

A refundable security deposit based on the number of guests is required at contract signing.. The site must be left in excellent condition as determined by Historic Rosedale Staff in order to have your security deposit refunded in full.

A $35.00 NSF fee will be charged for returned checks.

Historic Rosedale is a non-smoking, non-vaping property.
