This Mother’s Day Weekend treat your mother, treat yourself to a sensory experience of sound meditation with Vibrational Alchemist, Brandi Trujillo. This celebration of women as givers of life in “The Heart of Charlotte”, on the beautiful grounds of the Historic Rosedale Plantation is designed to be a deeply restorative and immersive experience.
The healing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, didgeridoos, vocals, flutes, drums and other harmonic tools produce a sea of sound that is transcendent. The sounds interact powerfully with our bodies, cleansing and rejuvenating us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Blocks and tensions are washed away, leaving you centered, energized, and connected with the world around you.
This 90-minute journey is all for you. No previous meditation experience is required to attend. All ages and abilities are welcome. Come sit or lie down and receive sound. Feel free to bring your own folding chairs, yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, water bottles and anything else to satisfy your desire for comfort.
