The ultimate midnight experience in Charlotte’s most haunted house. Join members of the Historic Rosedale Plantation staff along with experts from the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society in this hands-on paranormal investigation of Charlotte’s second oldest home. Utilizing the latest technology, you’ll be part of the search for evidence of our ghostly residents on all four floors of this historic, 200 year old grand dame. This isn’t your average ghost tour but exclusive, midnight access to the house not available during public tours. Science and the theory behind paranormal activity will meet local history and Historic Rosedale’s particular legend in this special experience. Tickets  for this exclusive event will sell out quickly; reserve your spot early. Make certain to bring your own camera or other recording equipment … you just might encounter one of our resident spirits up close and personal.

A limited number of combo tickets – allowing for admission to the Paranormal Grounds Investigation and At the Stoke of Midnight – will be available. Combo Tickets MUST be purchsed on the appropriate Paranormal Grounds Investigation event page. 

This event takes place rain or shine – no refunds will be given. Please purchase your tickets online and bring proof of your receipt (on your phone) on the night of the event for a contactless experience – this receipt will serve as your ticket. No other tickets will be issued.
